The terms governing your use of Verasity™'s website, platform, and services.

Use of services
By accessing the Verasity™ website or platform you agree to these terms. Use of the platform is subject to your executed order form and master service agreement, which take precedence in case of conflict.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of workspace configuration, lawful use of simulations and monitoring features, proper authorization to monitor their own brand and assets, and management of user accounts and access.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use Verasity™ to target individuals or organizations they do not lawfully represent, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, interfere with platform availability, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only as needed to perform under the agreement.
Intellectual property
Verasity™ retains all rights in the platform, content libraries, and AI-generated outputs derived from Verasity™-owned models and templates. Customers retain rights in their own content and configuration data.
Data protection
Verasity™ processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data processing addendum. Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful basis for processing employee data within their workspace.
Warranties and disclaimers
Verasity™ provides the services with commercially reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided 'as is' and Verasity™ disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped per the customer agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material uncured breach. On termination, customer access ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy retention terms.
Governing law
Governing law and venue are specified in the customer order form. For website use without a separate agreement, the laws of the customer's country of residence apply where required, otherwise the laws specified in the Verasity™ standard terms.
